Biography
Dr Liu is one of the most renowed and highly distinguished person in the field of energy and Technology. He is an Oracle certified professional having teaching experience of more than 25 years. He has developed and self-designed many innovative laboratories under his working. He is serving as Director for the Center for Clean Energy Research and Education. He is visiting professors in many International Universities as well. He has published more than 150 research papers and even got 11 patents under his name.
